Villiersdorp in the Northwest of the Overberg services the wine and fruit farms in this area.The nearby Theewaterskloof Dam has an attractive caravan park and is a favorite place for those practicing water sports such as windsurfing, sailing and water-skiing. The town also has a museum that dates back to 1845 and was recently declared a national monument.
