Rooiels is a small seaside village which forms part of the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve. It is famous for its magnificent views over False Bay and is great for diving, angling and other water activities. Taking a drive along the coast to nearby Stony Point will take your breath away, and once you are there you can watch the penguins frolicking in the waves.
